You don’t player-hate me mang,

I like to start off with a basic release then I go more in depth as I go along. second, I don’t think that’s the issue unless your 100% sure.

rawrzilla is correct. You need the PAC files for when you switch pokemon, they remain with their custom skin. This is necessary for characters who have alternate personalities, like Samus/SZsamus, Zelda/Sheik, etc. Basically, those who transform (including Bowser/GigaBowser).
